Baker County Records Contacts

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the responsible public office directly for those services.

Start With the Record Holder

For a Baker County Jail record, an official public-records request, or a process question, use the Sheriff's published Records Division contact. The Records Division's posted information does not provide office hours, so call before visiting. The jail's direct number is appropriate for jail-specific inquiries; it does not replace the records-request process for a past record or a potentially releasable photo.

Baker County Jail direct: (541) 523-8011

Use the official channel that matches the record's custody stage. A live roster can change after release, and a booking charge is an accusation rather than a court finding.

  • For a person currently in the county jail, search the official Baker County Jail Roster. The home page explains its status filters and conditional image field.
  • For an older jail record, incident report, call log, or a booking photo if release is permitted, submit the Baker County Public Records Request form to the Records Division. Oregon's records framework is set out in ORS chapter 192.
  • For a dated dispatch or incident context, use the Sheriff's CAD Press Log Archives. Those daily PDFs are not a complete arrest list or a booking-photo source.
  • For a court outcome after booking, use the Baker County Circuit Court records route or the applicable court. Court staff can provide process information, not legal advice.
  • For a person sentenced to Oregon custody or under state supervision, use Oregon Offender Search or VISOR. These are state-system resources, not a Baker County arrest feed.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP Inmate Locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator, as applicable. Neither is a county jail roster.
  • For a Baker County warrant concern, see Sheriff's Most Wanted for the official sheriff-and-court confirmation path. Do not treat a search result as warrant clearance.
